The public website does not track you
The information site does not use tracking cookies or analytics pixels. It stores only your language choice in your browser. The contact form also sends nothing to the website; it prepares a message in your own email application.
You control computer-use data
Application use, web addresses and screenshots stay on your own MonBuddy server; the MonBuddy provider does not receive them. We process only the data required to license the software. You must inform monitored people according to applicable employment and privacy rules.
Online orders and invoices
When you order directly from us, we process your billing details (name, address, tax number, billing email address), the contact person’s name, email address and phone number, and the order lines to perform the contract and to issue the invoice. With the order we record when you accepted the licence agreement (EULA) and the consents given when ordering, an identifier of the accepted text and your IP address, so that we can prove that the contract was concluded and what it contains. We issue the invoice with the invoicing service of Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.); as our data processor, Számlázz.hu receives the data needed for the invoice. We send you the invoice as a paper-based invoice, in PDF, by email. As the law requires, the invoice data are also reported to the Online Invoice system of the Hungarian tax authority (NAV). We keep invoices for the period the law prescribes, currently 8 years, based on a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c); section 169 of the Hungarian Accounting Act and the Hungarian VAT Act).
Card payments
You pay by card on the secure payment page of Barion Payment Zrt., which you reach with the payment link in our email with the invoice, through the Számlázz.hu customer account. Barion processes the card data as an independent controller; we never see or store them. Our pages contain no Barion tracking code (Barion Pixel).
